Items are returnable if AJC is notified within 14 days of customer receiving the item. Returned items must be in the same condition as when it left our studio.

Custom Made pieces are not returnable unless agreed to in writing. Items must be sellable to another customer. Designing fee will be subtracted from the return.

If items are damaged during transit, please notify AJC immediately so that a claim can be filed with the shipping company. In case of damage by the shipping company, customer will receive a replacement piece. Dependent on the nature of the piece, this may require some time to have the piece remade.

AJC is not responsible for loss once the item has been delivered.

Returns will be process expeditiously, but can take up to 30 days depending on bank rules.

We want you to love your purchase. All items are handmade and some are one-of-a-kind. This can make exchanges complicated. As such, we ask that you contact us so that we can discuss possible options. Exchanges will be addressed on a case by case basis.

If a different size is needed in chains or rings, this usually can be accommodated. Custom pieces cannot be exchanged.

All items are handcrafted and many are one-of-a-kind. Some items are ready to ship (already made) while others are “Made to Order”. Made to Order items will be identified in the item Details section. One-of-a-kind items typically contain unique gemstones that cannot be duplicated. Many items cannot be reproduced exactly - there will be differences between two of the same item.

Ready to ship items will ship as soon as possible. We will communicate with you about the processing of your item.

Made to Order items will require more time, typically 2-3 weeks, depending on the item. We will strive to make and ship your item as soon as possible.

Custom pieces typically require 2-3 months. This includes the designing phase. The designing phase typically takes the longest as there can be a lot of back & forth on item details. If the piece is needed for a specific date, please communicate this up front. We will advise you as to the feasibility of the request. All designs, whether used or not, are the sole property of Artisan Jewelry Creations. Taking an AJC design to another jeweler for fabrication is forbidden.
